We have established ourselfs in the San Diego,
Tijuana, and Imperial Valley region and are currently
in a position to double or triple our freight volumes
over the next year. We have a culture of innovation

- Track Laborer
A track laborer's job consists of repairing and rebuilding
railroad track; using hand tools to do so. Specific
duties include but are not limited to the following:
removal and replacement of ties, pulling and driving
spikes, shoveling rock ballast, loading and unloading
equipment and material, maintenance of way, and various
other tasks assigned by designated supervisor.
- Train Conductor
Responsible for the safe movement of freight trains
and switching of cars in the yards. Specific functions
will include frequently climbing ladders to board
standing or moving cars, operating hand brakes, coupling
air hoses between cars, operating track switches,
inspecting cars, and using hand and lantern signals,
radio communications.
- Train Brakemen
See Conductor.
All positions require some experience and certification
if applicable. Must be 18 years of age or older. Qualified
applicants must be able to read and comprehend regulations
and instructions in English and/or Spanish, as well
as possess good oral communication skills. Outside work
is required regardless of weather conditions. Applicants
must successfully complete a physical agility test to
be considered for an interview. Bilingual in English
